烤煙柔軟度與外觀質(zhì)量的關(guān)系分析

摘要:為明確烤煙柔軟度與煙葉外觀質(zhì)量的關(guān)系,利用柔軟度儀檢測了江西省480份烤煙樣品柔軟度,并評定了外觀質(zhì)量。相關(guān)分析結(jié)果表明:煙葉柔軟度與顏色、油分、色度呈極顯著正相關(guān),與成熟度、葉片結(jié)構(gòu)、身份、總分呈極顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。建立回歸方程:Y=53.201-5.578X3+2.852X6+2.136X5(葉片結(jié)構(gòu)X3、油分X5、色度X6),R2為0.818,具有良好的擬合度。通徑分析表明:葉片結(jié)構(gòu)、色度、油分對煙葉柔軟度的影響較大。江西煙葉柔軟度有一定差異,并且與煙葉外觀質(zhì)量各指標(biāo)關(guān)系密切,這為以煙葉柔軟度作為煙葉外觀質(zhì)量評價指標(biāo)之一、精細(xì)評價煙葉質(zhì)量提供可能性。

AbstractIn order to determine the relationship between softness and appearance quality of flue-cured tobacco, the softness of 480 flue-cured tobacco samples in Jiangxi Province were detected by softness instrument, and the appearance quality was evaluated. The results of relationship analysis showed that the softness of tobacco was extremely significantly positively correlated with color, oil and chroma, and extremely significantly negatively correlated with maturity, leaf structure, identity and total score. The regression equation Y=53.201-5.578X3+2.852X6+2.136X5 (leaf structure X3, oil X5, chroma X6) was set up with R2 as 0.818,and it had good fitting degree. The path analysis results showed that leaf structure, chroma and oil had comparatively large effects on tobacco softness. In conclusion, the softness of tobacco in Jiangxi had certain differences, and was closely related to each index of appearance quality. The results provided the possibility to carefully evaluate tobacco quality with softness as one of the evaluation indexes of appearance quality.

煙葉柔軟性是煙葉外觀質(zhì)量中的一項(xiàng),主要是根據(jù)感官判斷煙葉的柔軟程度[1]。王亞平等[2]依據(jù)感官將煙葉柔軟性劃分為柔軟、較柔軟、稍柔軟、稍硬脆和硬脆五個檔次,并指出煙葉柔軟性與煙葉外觀質(zhì)量各指標(biāo)密切相關(guān)。目前,我國對煙葉外觀質(zhì)量的評價,無論是已推廣使用的外觀指標(biāo)(成熟度、葉片結(jié)構(gòu)等),還是較新研究的外觀屬性(柔軟性),都是以眼觀、手摸等感官方法判斷,用文字定性描述,或者賦值進(jìn)行評價[3],具有難以消除的主觀性和不確定性,因此,煙葉外觀質(zhì)量從定性描述向定量評價是我國煙葉發(fā)展的必然途徑[4]。煙葉柔軟度是運(yùn)用電腦柔軟度測定儀將煙葉壓入測量槽,儀器記錄煙葉的抗彎曲力以及與測量槽兩側(cè)處摩擦力的總和,表示煙葉的柔軟性。柔軟度數(shù)值越小,說明煙葉越柔軟;相反,柔軟度數(shù)值越大,說明煙葉柔軟性越差[5]。
煙葉柔軟度是津巴布韋烤煙標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分級體系中的一項(xiàng),依據(jù)成熟度、柔軟度和葉片結(jié)構(gòu)等因子,將煙葉分為成熟、光滑和雜色[6]。在我國,對煙葉柔軟度的研究和應(yīng)用僅限于再造煙葉,宋成劍等[7]研究指出柔軟度是再造煙葉的重要質(zhì)量評價指標(biāo)之一,并且柔軟度數(shù)值越低越好。吳敬華等[8]在對不同厚度的煙梗切絲試驗(yàn)中指出煙梗在0.13~0.17 mm范圍內(nèi)的柔軟度好,出絲率和煙絲結(jié)構(gòu)滿足工藝要求。但在國內(nèi),尚未見到對初烤煙葉柔軟度測量的研究報(bào)道。本文參考再造煙葉柔軟度的測量方法[7-9],采用電腦柔軟度測定儀測量初烤煙葉柔軟度數(shù)值,了解初烤煙葉的柔軟度情況;并分析煙葉柔軟度與外觀質(zhì)量的關(guān)系,豐富和完善煙葉外觀質(zhì)量評價體系,為精細(xì)評價煙葉外觀質(zhì)量提供理論基礎(chǔ)。
1材料與方法
1.1材料
供試材料:選取2014年江西省三個主要產(chǎn)煙市贛州市、撫州市和吉安市的18個產(chǎn)煙縣的初烤煙葉,共480份,其中X2F等級、C3F等級和B2F等級各160份。供試材料由各縣煙葉收購總檢按照GB 2635—92烤煙標(biāo)準(zhǔn)選取。
供試儀器:十段編程恒溫恒濕箱ZXMP-A1150(上海智城分析儀器制造有限公司),電腦柔軟度測定儀YT-RRY1000(杭州研特科技有限公司)。
1.2測定方法
1.2.1煙葉柔軟度測定每份樣品任意選取10片煙葉,取煙葉右側(cè),在葉尖、葉中和葉基3個位置避開支脈處取2 cm×2 cm小方塊,共30塊,放在T=(22±1)℃、RH=(60±2)%條件下平衡48 h后測定,單位為毫牛(mN),結(jié)果取30塊的平均值。
