工作量考核在“3+2”助理全科醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)出科技能考核中的應(yīng)用

摘 要:目的 探索“3+2”助理全科醫(yī)師的培訓(xùn)模式,推進(jìn)“3+2”助理全科醫(yī)師的培訓(xùn)的規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、統(tǒng)一化。方法 選取2017級(jí)“3+2”助理全科醫(yī)師第一年輪轉(zhuǎn)培訓(xùn)科室的32名帶教醫(yī)師,對(duì)出科技能考核給予工作量的量化,并分別在工作量考核實(shí)施前后進(jìn)行工作滿意度的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果 帶教醫(yī)師對(duì)出科技能考核工作滿意度由之前的72.00%提高到85.30%,整體工作滿意度、工作性質(zhì)、工作薪酬、晉升機(jī)會(huì)、當(dāng)前的工作情形在實(shí)施前后對(duì)比,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 對(duì)“3+2”助理全科醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)的出科技能考核進(jìn)行合理的工作量量化,能夠提高帶教醫(yī)師的工作滿意度,從而調(diào)動(dòng)帶教醫(yī)師的工作積極性,提高培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the training mode of "3+2"assistant general practitioner,and to promote the standardization, standardization and unification of the training of "3+2"assistant general practitioners.Methods 2017 grade "3+2"assistant general practitioners in the first year of the 32 cycle training department training physician, given the quantization of the workload of nursing skills assessment,and were in the questionnaire before and after the implementation of the workload assessment of job satisfaction.Results The teaching staff of nursing skills assessment work satisfaction improved from 72% to 85.30%,the overall job satisfaction, nature of work,remuneration and promotion,the current work situation in the implementation of comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing skills assessment of "3+2" assistant general practitioners standardized training of workload reasonably,can improve the teaching physician job satisfaction,in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of the teachers and doctors with work,improve the quality of training.

2011 年《國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于建立全科醫(yī)生制度的指導(dǎo)意見》(國(guó)發(fā) [2011]23 號(hào))中指出,“對(duì)到經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)的農(nóng)村地區(qū)工作的 3 年制醫(yī)學(xué)?飘厴I(yè)生,可在國(guó)家認(rèn)定的培養(yǎng)基地經(jīng) 2 年臨床技能和公共衛(wèi)生培訓(xùn)合格取得執(zhí)業(yè)助理醫(yī)師資格后,注冊(cè)為助理全科醫(yī)師”,即“3+2”模式[1]!3+2”全科醫(yī)師教育是為了適應(yīng)農(nóng)村基本醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)需要,主要以培養(yǎng)臨床技術(shù)應(yīng)用型人才為主[2]。我院作為臨床培訓(xùn)基地之一承擔(dān)“3+2”助理全科醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)工作。按照培訓(xùn)要求,學(xué)員在科室輪轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)束后,需要由帶教醫(yī)師進(jìn)行出科技能考核,但負(fù)責(zé)全科帶教的醫(yī)師不但要扮演教師的角色,更要承擔(dān)繁重的臨床工作,導(dǎo)致出科技能考核流于形式。因此,我院將工作量考核應(yīng)用于“3+2”培訓(xùn)中,充分調(diào)動(dòng)帶教醫(yī)師的工作積極性,現(xiàn)報(bào)告如下。
