成熟期地溫對煙葉主要致香物質(zhì)含量的影響

摘要 [目的]為進一步認(rèn)識土壤溫度與煙葉質(zhì)量風(fēng)格特色形成的關(guān)系提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐。[方法]在人工控制條件下,研究成熟期地溫變化對煙葉色素、多酚和西柏烷類化合物含量的影響。[結(jié)果]雙層遮陽降溫處理使上部煙葉色素含量降低28.1%,西柏烷類化合物含量升高16.6%,使中部煙葉色素、多酚含量分別降低20.3%、27.9%;雙層覆膜增溫處理使上部煙葉多酚和西柏烷類化合物含量分別降低35.9%、47.9%,使中部煙葉色素和多酚含量分別降低27.1%、35.9%,西柏烷類化合物含量升高40.1%;單層遮陽處理和單層覆膜處理對煙葉上述3種致香物質(zhì)的含量影響不顯著。[結(jié)論]成熟期地溫對煙葉致香物質(zhì)含量有明顯影響。

Effects of Soil Temperature on Tobacco Aroma Components at Maturity Stage

Abstract [Objective] The aim was to provide data support for further understanding the relationship between soil temperature and the style characteristic of tobacco leaves. [Method] The effects of soil temperature on tobacco leaf pigments, polyphenol and cembranoids compounds at maturity stage were studied under the condition of artificial control. [Result] Doublelayer shading cooling treatment made pigment content in upper parts of leaves decrease 28.1%, and cembranoids compounds increase 16.6%, and made the contents of pigments and polyphenol in middle parts of leaves decrease 20.3% and 27.9% respectively; Warming with doublelayer film mulching made the contents of polyphenol and cembranoids compounds in upper parts of leaves decrease 35.9% and 47.9% respectively, and made the contents of pigment and polyphenol in middle parts of leaves reduce 27.1% and 35.9% respectively, however, its cembranoids compounds content increased 40.1%; Singlelayer shading or singlelayer film mulching treatment had no obvious effects on these three aroma components contents mentioned above. [Conclusion] Soil temperature has significant effect on the content of aroma substance at tobacco maturity stage.

烤煙質(zhì)量和風(fēng)格特色的形成與生態(tài)環(huán)境和栽培技術(shù)密切相關(guān)[1],栽培技術(shù)條件一定的情況下,各種生態(tài)因子對煙葉質(zhì)量有不同程度的影響[2-5]。其中,溫度對煙葉質(zhì)量風(fēng)格特色的影響尤為重要[6-7]。郭新輝等研究認(rèn)為,煙草是喜溫作物,在22~28 ℃下有利于煙葉內(nèi)化學(xué)物質(zhì)的積累和轉(zhuǎn)化,從而提高煙葉香吃味[8]。楊恕良等研究表明,在各種生態(tài)因子對煙葉質(zhì)量的影響中,平均氣溫所占比重最大,為總數(shù)的38.7%,>20 ℃的持續(xù)日數(shù)占總數(shù)的29%,其他都不到總數(shù)的10%[9];韋成才等研究表明,5~8月平均氣溫逐漸提升,總糖含量和還原糖含量將下降[10]。部分研究者認(rèn)為,降低地溫日變化有利于調(diào)節(jié)煙葉內(nèi)部化學(xué)平衡并提高煙株根系活性[7,11]。為此,筆者在人工控制條件下,研究成熟期煙株根系集中區(qū)域土壤溫度變化對煙葉香氣物質(zhì)的影響,為進一步認(rèn)識土壤溫度與煙葉質(zhì)量風(fēng)格特色形成的關(guān)系提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐和理論依據(jù)。
1 材料與方法
1.1 試驗材料
供試煙草品種為當(dāng)?shù)刂髟钥緹熎贩N中煙100;供試土壤為黃褐土,土壤pH 5.8,有機質(zhì)含量12.5 g/kg,堿解氮含量83.8 mg/kg,速效磷(P2O5)含量17.1 mg/kg,速效鉀(K2O)含量207.5 mg/kg。
