基于卷煙品牌的云南省煙葉基地?zé)熑~常規(guī)化學(xué)成分隸屬度評價

摘要 [目的]研究云南中煙基地單元煙葉的內(nèi)在化學(xué)成分質(zhì)量狀況。[方法]采集76個在滇原料基地的C3F煙葉樣品并進(jìn)行常規(guī)化學(xué)成分分析,采用基于云南中煙卷煙品牌H1、H2的隸屬函數(shù)及層次聚類分析進(jìn)行評價。[結(jié)果]76個基地單元主要化學(xué)成分總體協(xié)調(diào)。H1品牌烤煙原料總氮比優(yōu)質(zhì)煙葉高12.08%;H2、H3品牌烤煙原料符合云南優(yōu)質(zhì)煙葉標(biāo)準(zhǔn);H4品牌烤煙原料總糖、還原糖分別比優(yōu)質(zhì)煙葉高0.76%、10.3%。煙葉總糖、還原糖、鉀,G1集團(tuán)基地分別比G2集團(tuán)基地高38.1%、2.27%、7.34%;總氮、氯分別低4.69%和11.11%;煙堿相近。H2與H3主要化學(xué)成分差異不顯著;H3與H4主要化學(xué)成分除總氮差異顯著外,其余差異均不顯著;H4與H2無顯著差異。[結(jié)論]G2和G1集團(tuán)基地單元煙葉較優(yōu),可為基地單元的建設(shè)提供理論參考。

Evaluation of the Membership Degree on Conventional Chemical Components of Tobacco Leaf in Yunnan Province based on Cigarette Brand

Abstract [Objective] The aim was to understand the quality of the chemical components of tobacco in Yunnan Province. [Method] The C3F samples were collected from 76 base units in Yunnan Province and their conventional chemical components were analyzed, and the evaluation was carried out based on the membership function and hierarchical cluster analysis of cigarette brand H1 and H2 in Yunnan. [Result] The results showed that major chemical components of 76 base units were of totally coordination. The total nitrogen of the H1 brand was higher than that of the high quality tobacco leaves 12.08%; H3 and H2 brand fluecured tobacco raw materials were in line with the quality of Yunnan tobacco; The total sugar and reducing sugar of H4 brand cured tobacco were higher than of the high quality tobacco leaves 0.76% and 103%, respectively. The total sugar, reducing sugar and potassium of tobacco leaves of G1 Group base were high than that of G2 Group base 38.1% and 2.27%, 7.34%, respectively; total nitrogen and chlorine were low 4.69% and 11.11%; nicotine is similar. The main chemical components of H2 and H3 were not significant; The main chemical components of H3 and H4 were significantly different from the total nitrogen, the rest were not significant; No significant differences between H4 and H2. [Conclusion] The leaves quality of tobacco base unit of G2 groups were better than that of G1 groups. Therefore, the evaluation provides a theoretical reference for the construction of the base unit.

煙葉中主要化學(xué)成分的含量及其比值,在很大程度上決定了煙葉及其制品的煙氣特征,直接影響煙葉品質(zhì)的優(yōu)劣[1]。云南省是我國優(yōu)質(zhì)烤煙產(chǎn)區(qū),也是我國最大的煙葉產(chǎn)地[1]。云南地處低緯度高原,光照充足,氣溫變化穩(wěn)定,雨量適中,雨熱同季;所產(chǎn)煙葉色澤金黃,組織細(xì)致,油潤豐滿,吸味清香、醇和,是重要的卷煙原料。不同地區(qū)的氣候、土壤營養(yǎng)和栽培技術(shù)條件不同,所產(chǎn)煙葉的化學(xué)成分存在較大變異[2-3]。應(yīng)用化學(xué)指標(biāo)對煙葉質(zhì)量進(jìn)行科學(xué)評價,對卷煙工業(yè)合理利用煙葉具有重要意義[4]。對煙葉質(zhì)量的綜合評價方法主要有模糊概率[5-8]、灰色系統(tǒng)理論[9]、聚類分析[10]等,但基于卷煙品牌的隸屬度研究鮮見報道。筆者對云南76個基地單元煙葉化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行基于卷煙品牌隸屬度的評價分析,以期為云南煙葉原料基地單元建設(shè)和卷煙工業(yè)企業(yè)選擇和利用煙葉原料提供依據(jù)。
